with spring around the corner i wanted to create a few new things around the house.

Here is a chihuahua pillow I made for my friend Amber!  It has a zipper so the cover can be washed.

Here is another stuffed character. This fabric was pretty thick and difficult to feed it through the machine.

here is my second attempt. i am really happy with the way this turned out! i was afraid that his shape would make it difficult to turn right side in. you can see what i have learned by comparing him to the sketch. i didn’t make his body tall enough to allow more room for his mouth and his side is too narrow. i knew this would be a concern but i didn’t have enough courd to start over. i need to learn some stitches so i can embroid the eyes better. i just winged it:) he took about 2 hours, corduroy and felt.
