i guess that’s what you get when you play soccer too hard one day and then play guitar hero 2 for almost 4 hours! i woke up this morning and felt like i have been rock climbing or some strenuous activity. i cannot find a comfortable stance to play guitar hero. i stand, then sit, then prop my foot up and stand again. i started to play yesterday and rick was getting antsy since we only had one guitar. i jokingly said to run up to target and get another one. the game and guitar is around $90 so investing in another guitar would bump the total up to $140! this game, so worth the money, great music, graphics and animation kick butt and overall a fun experience! i think the songs are much better than the first one and hope that new songs will be available soon. i need to watch my workouts though, would be upset if i was too sore to play my monday soccer game.

we had a couple nice days here in the NW last week but i just looked at the 10 day forecast and it looks like a steady 10 day rain.  for these little guys below, rain is nothing new.  i haven’t posted in awhile, we have been painting our house. maybe i will post some pics!

This was our first year not going back east for the holidays.  The picture below is my brother and I enjoying the holidays when we were young.  Christmas eve we would open one gift, Christmas jammies!  It was a tradition in our family to get pajama’s so we would look extra cute for morning pictures.  I am 2 years old in the one pic and 4 in the other.

we decided to take advantage of the long weekend and decorate the studio.  the studio was originally the master bedroom but since we spend most of our time on the computers we thought it mades sense to move both computers in the large room.  it works out well, we each have our own space plus enough room for a sitting area to sketch.  rick has yet to decorate his area so i am including a pic of my space.
